- Participation is by approval only and subject to mutual alignment.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion.
Investment & Enrollment
- Program investment details are confirmed only after acceptance.
- Payment terms, schedules, and policies will be outlined in writing prior to enrollment.
- Enrollment is not final until payment arrangements are confirmed.
Confidentiality
DOMINATE is a private, high-level advisory space.
By participating, you agree to:
- Respect the confidentiality of discussions, materials, and other participants
- Not share proprietary frameworks, strategies, or intellectual property outside the container
This protects the integrity of the room for everyone involved.
Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, and content shared within DOMINATE remain the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials provided without prior written permission.
Conduct & Participation
DOMINATE is designed for self-led, professional founders.
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or misaligned with the standards of the container, without obligation for refund.
Limitation of Guarantees
While DOMINATE provides strategic guidance, advisory support, and resources, results are not guaranteed.
Your outcomes depend on your own decisions, execution, and circumstances.
